How to Open a PDF File in MS Project

Microsoft Project is a management software program that was made to assist project managers in their day-to-day operations. It helps them develop plans, track progress, oversee budgets and manage workloads. This program creates budgets based on work and resources. It can be shared with the whole company, a department or just a few individuals. It is a very useful tool for companies, both large and small. Portable Document Format files (also known as PDFs) are just one of the many file types supported in Microsoft Project.

Select the "File" tab and then select "Open."

Click on the PDF file in the dialog box that pops up. You may need to first click on the folder that contains the PDF, depending on how your files are organized.

Press the "Open" tab and the PDF file will open.
