How to Install Office 2010 Beta

Microsoft Office 2010 is the updated version of Microsoft Office 2007 suite both are interrelated programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The beta version of Office 2010 is available to everyone who is interested in a free trial version. After you download and install the Microsoft Office 2010 beta, you can preview the programs Word 2010, Excel 2010, PowerPoint 2010, Outlook 2010 and OneNote 2010.

5. Double-click the file on your desktop and click "Run" when you are prompted.

6. Select "Yes" to allow the Office 2010 beta program to make changes to your computer.

7. Wait for the Office 2010 beta to be installed. The installation could take up to five minutes, depending on the speed of your computer.
